Load a noise waveform.
LP24 Filter long attack medium decay, add some delay than some reverb, play with chorus a bit before the delay. If its goa, add a phaser.
Put an lfo on the cutoff and/or environment.
Perhaps add a triggergate or if you are feeling creative, some glitch, dblue glitch can be useful for that.
Alternativly, you can mess with the EQing to find a location for the sweep.
Unison is nice [not chorus] aswell. You can also make it intresting by adding a short melodic tidbit to the sweep. Its doesn't have to be just a "swoosh"
Layer the noise waveform with 2 saws or 2 squares or 2 pulses for effect..
using anything bigger or more complex than 3osc is like using an Bugatti Veryon in a downhill soapbox derby...
