Sad what is going in. My lil brother is pissed @ Obama for spending money on paying for people's mortgages while teachers are getting laid off left and right.

No one has paid for my mortgage.

Bars! People nowadays drink the cheaper stuff. Business is good when the economy is declining or booming..it's when the economy is in the middle when their business suffers.

sorry to hear for all that lost their jobs here.

im with dancerecords.com, and its really going bad, we have about 35 employees, now im the only one left, me and the boss

its a hard struggle. i really feel sad a lot of the labels have been gone, no words heard from other distributors too.

shipping vinyl records overseas has risen up, and shipping cost are above the roof.

im still hoping for the best for the coming years.

Cali is a tough place to be right now.

I was in Los Angeles from Wednsday morning to Thrusday night. I forgot how different L.A. is. I got to the point that i actually like living in South East Arizona alot better than Los Angeles. Where i live, i have not heard of anyone getting laid off. I have to say, if you can afford to move out of L.A, do so. Its sooooo much cheaper elsewhere. With the money you save, fly back to party.

Right now we are doing o.k. We have some pretty busy days and some really really slow days. On the slow days I find something to do so I do not get sent home early.

The clinic in Pasadena is doing really bad. One tech worked 40 hours in 2 weeks!!! They are thinking of laying people off there

Pets are going to suffer cuz their owners can't afford to pay for their care.

Hellz I own 1 cat (15yrs), have about 95.00% rights to another (need to neuter him) and also feed 2 more cats that are prego (they need abortions)! Cat food is getting so expensive!

True. Pet owners may cook up their cats and dogs for dinner.
