It's an American article. And in America they only have one McChicken, which is on their dollar menu. That is why the article states that you simple put a "whole McChicken" into a double cheeseburger, and not a Jr. McChicken.

But then technically couldn't anything be an "off the menu" item? Could I ask them to put french fries on my big extra, and then have a big mac put around it?
