I have to agree with ebay . I pretty much buy all my jeans off ebay as they cost relatively the same as buying them in the states. If you're worried about them not being authentic, look for either authentic forum or honest forum to be mentioned in the posting. Even if they are fake, if they're good enough to fool the people on those forums they may as well be real. Just try them on at Holts or Over the Rainbow, lie and say that they don't fit right and find the same pair on ebay for, oh say, $150 cheaper.

Otherwise, just hit up Winners 7 days a week for the rest of your life and you just may find a pair for 50% off or wait until July for when Nordstrom has their anniversary sale across the border.

Rocks definitely are my favourites, but I don't think I've had a pair that has lasted longer than a season before falling apart. My Trues, Diesels and Antiks seem to last forever though...

Yeah if you wear something fake, that pretty much means you want to be in with the crowd, but just cant afford it.

And trying them on and lying to the salesperson, way to waste the persons time.

Way to miss the point. The point is, if the seller is verified by the two forums it's next-to-impossible that the jeans are fake. I was just trying to have a sense of humour.

There is that. Or, it could be a reflection on your belief that said crowd, for various impertinent reasons which I will not spell out here, would not be able to tell the difference anyway, making it a waste of money to be "100% positive" about the authenticity.

Honestly though, it's extremely rare for a power seller to be putting out counterfeits. Someone will figure it out, and you'll see it in the feedback. If you're buying from some dodgy store that just opened up 3 days ago and is selling at less than 50% of the MSRP, well then, caveat emptor.

Yeah most people wouldn't be able to tell the difference. But if you yourself find that wearing fake articles of clothing gets you by then great. Enjoy passing them off as real. My point is as stated before. You want the brand but you dont want to pay for it.

eBay has authentic clothing, I will not deny that. The chances of it are slim but they are out there.

And if you wear AUTHENTIC Designer clothing, that pretty much means you are pretending you can afford the clothing so that you can be accepted by the in-crowd. Everyone loves credit cards

Ebay is the best place to buy some of the more expensive jeans for sure. I will find the ones I like in the store + right size and then order them on there as well.

Since when do people ask you if your jeans authentic? LOL

Just wear whatever you think looks good for the price you are willing to pay.

How you pay shouldn't determine your purchases. If you are willing to carry over a balance then that's your decision.

Besides, if what you say is true then maybe people should save up for entirely for a car or a house before paying monthly payments or a mortgage.

I had been looking for years as well! Thank you for asking, I can't believe I never thought of asking on TA! What was I thinking?
Now that I live in LA I have to go west hollywood for them but at least I'm guaranteed to find them.
