I've always been a night person, and usually do work on my computer late at night when it's quiet, as I did all throughout school studying and doing my work late at night when there were no distractions. Then I have to get up earlier than I want for work. Every few weeks, I'll feel like shit from the cycle's wearing effects and go to bed at like 8 or 9, wake up fresh in the morning, then proceed to start the same cycle over again. |
last year when i was on night shifts (11pm-7am) i would stay up on my nights off, while others would revert back to a "day" schedule....man it fucked them up pretty bad.
once i'm in a sleep routine, i prefer to stay in it.
i'm working lates right now (noon - ?) and i like it because i come home from work and stay up late, then sleeep in
