Crimes involve someone who has been victimized, or had their right to life, liberty, contract, or property violated.

Distributing marijuana is a crime, and a felony crime over a certain weight. How has a distributor of marijuana violated another person's right to life, liberty, contract, or property; or victimized another person (especially considering that the other party is a willing participant)?

Which is why I don't think it's a crime. Obviously, our government has made certain freedoms illegal.

our government and every other government on this planet (except denmark - i believe). Contrary to popular belief, weed is not legal even in the netherlands; rather, the possession of weed in the netherlands has been decriminalized, meaning, the penalties for breaking the law are either extremely minor or nonexistent.
