Even with a crappy diet like that, it's fairly unlikely that your problem is clogged arteries at age 21, unless you have inherited problems with processing fats or cholesterol. It's possible that you have a structural heart defect, or maybe just a nutrient deficiency from eating nothing but crap. Or you might even have heartburn from all that greasy food and be mistaking it for cardiac pain.
All this is speculation, though. Just go to the doctor and get BP checked and EKG, and stop eating shitty food. A doctor is the only one who can properly assess whether you "need" medication.
