India, for $1000 a month u have live an amazing life, rent is like $100-200 a month, u can have a chauffeur to drive u around for like $100 a month and for the same price u can have a servant, to laundry ur cloths, clean ur house, cook food for u. plus u can have everything u get here, high speed internet, all the cable channels u see here.and mostly all the middle class and up speaks english.
