We're tied by common languages here. I guess the best way to organise things would be:

1) Local scenes > Ibero-America
1.1) Local scenes > Ibero-America > Português
1.2) Local scenes > Ibero-America > Español

Then, inside each section, we'd have 2 perm threads for "events / travels" (one for Europe and one for America).

What do I mean by perm thread? Take a look at Uk's forum. There's an eternal "insert bullshit here" thread. No matter how many threads they start in that forum, it'll always be there, for you to post bullshit (events, in our case). It would be the best way to arrange meetups and travels - not mixing the languages. It would look like: (threads are in orange)

1.1.1) Local scenes > Ibero-America > Português > Viagens: Europa
1.1.2) Local scenes > Ibero-America > Português > Viagens: América

1.2.1) Local scenes > Ibero-America > Español > Viajes: Europa
1.2.2) Local scenes > Ibero-America > Español > Viajes: América


Any doubts? Anyone got a better name (for Ibero-America?) What do you guys think?
