I would also blame his messed up childhood.

I really cant believe this, he was one of my favorite artists. SO many good songs from him. Even though he hasnt been the same for a good decade and a half he was still one of the best of all time. RIP

Why was it wrong? He's got a point. Michael Jackson 2000's was not the Michael people liked and idolized in the 80's. Shame , yes. but the fact remains he was brilliant.
