OrZonE I don't think you have an adequete grasp of the english language my friend.

You said "Proteins, WILL NOT make your muscles smaller."
And I said "and in no way shape or form, will they(proteins) make your muscles bigger or smaller etc."
It's the same statement, and you've just argued a whole paragraph on the obvious.

You said "Second, your muscles DON'T become bigger by streching, they become STRECHED by streching."
I said "your muscles become bigger is through stretching them (via weights exercises/gym etc)" which was followed by the rubber band analogy. I could indeed say RIP, TEAR, EXPAND, STRETCH and in the context of the whole statement they all mean the exact same thing!
Again, it's the same concept in both statements and you've argued a paragraph on the issue

So by saying "Man, it looks like you really don't know what you're talking about.", seeing as our concepts are exactly the same(and right for that matter), if I dont know what I'm on about, then neither do you!

purified water is bereft of all minerals and isnt as good for you

and lets not start attacking eachother here...

I used to use the liquid creatine where you drop it under your tongue. I always work myself to the limit, but I found I could do anpther set here, and a few more reps there. I stopped for a couple of reasons.

1. seems like cheating, seems like you arent good enough to achieve your desired goal by yourself.

2. Its chemically altering you so you can impress people, bad goal, bad way of doing it.

These products really only benefit bodybuilders who are going for hugeness. I guess its what you are going for in the end, but it really wont speed up how fast you get there by much time if you consider how many years youll be working out anyways. I guess im just old fashioned, but there is nothing like sacrificing for something you want. Instead of eatting pizza and donuts, and taking supplements so you can work out harder, I eat generally healthier now, I run more, and my endorphins are constantly in me. Im not just doing one burst of activity in the day now, my life as a whole is better. If you really want something you should be willing to give up some of the things that are admittedly bad for you in your life, and just buckle down and do the right thing.

that was my philosophic look on supplements!

First of all "my friend", you shouldn't bother yourself with my unadequate graps of the english language. I consider my terminology to be suffecient for my purposes. Though I agree about the first point you make - I skimmed through that part of your post, and didn't pay much attention to detail . But, the second point, "my friend", is very much agruable. I don't know what others think, but I don't consider STRETCH and RIP synonyms. The fact is that muscle GROW when they recover after strenuous activity which RIPS the muscle cells, but not after they are "STRETCHED". If you consider this to be the same than I think you're the one whose grasp of the English language isn't adequate enough.

First off Purified water helps in filtering out excess minerals and proteins that the body does not utilize that is one of the major reasons I drink it I also split it up with regular filtered drinking water on both days days working out, and rest and recooperation. Remember you are always working out even on your days off its what you do in those days that will aid in muscle recoverypredict growth andelevate youe own natural IGF(insulin growth factor) levels after you have streched and torn your muscles.

Secondly Liquid Creatine,Creatine syrup, serum, etc. is total garbage and a waste of money. Scientists have once again proven that creatine does not stay stable very long if at all in liquid form when you buy that garbage you are basically buying expensive sugar water! Alot of bodybuilders love this crap because all the sugar in it spikes there insulin levels while working out creating a very short term pump, you can do this buy drinking sugar water and spending alot less.

Taking supplements is basically another form of eating, Again its all up to you and what you are going for.I myself am 240 right now and growing and certainly never could have achieved this level by simple foods alone. Again peace love and respect to all of you out there who take the gym seriously just make sure that you know all the facts before you take a negative or inaccurate opinion about something. The world is full of bullshit and misinformation

I will try to find the article, but a research team tested muscletechs claims and found quite a few things that were way off, basically putting into question the quality of the muscletech line.

I knew both the EAS and Muscletech importers in Iceland and if there is one thing I learned from those 2 in their discussions is that Muscletech is an aggressive marketing company that isn't too concerned about truthfull labeling and quality in their products.

I'm not saying their stuff doesn't work, nor am I saying they are to be totally avoided.. I just simply don't trust them, they have been caught a few times in the past doing things that bother me immensly, so I won't ever buy from them..

To get an idea of the anger from some people towards MuscleTech, please check out this heated debate:

Oh and don't forget the MuscleTech pure protein scam, in which muscletech had to refund anyone who bought those bars and they had to publicly apologize after their false claims...

I have other stuff, I just need to dig it up... Muscletech has had so many scandals, its pretty easy to find them online.

I noticed a lot of people here are ragging on creatine but I personally have experienced great gains on this supplement (about 5 of my 15 pounds mostly musclbe gain over the past school year)
As for the cost, actually I find it quite reasonable. I just use 1 1/2 tablespoon of EAS Simply Creatine (about $17 for 100 servings)after I workout with a protein shake (~40 grams of whey) and 2 bags of skittles. Make sure to follow with a heatlhy, bodybuilding meal withing 1-2 hours. That'll ensure you get as many calories as possible, and only by taking in more calories than you burn can you hope to pack on mass.

Regards,
Dave

P.S Don't rush yourself when trying to amp up your caloric intake. I've been at this for the better part of 5 years (19 now) and it took me a while to where I can eat as much food as I do now. Just follow your body.
