And I said "and in no way shape or form, will they(proteins) make your muscles bigger or smaller etc."
It's the same statement, and you've just argued a whole paragraph on the obvious.
You said "Second, your muscles DON'T become bigger by streching, they become STRECHED by streching."
I said "your muscles become bigger is through stretching them (via weights exercises/gym etc)" which was followed by the rubber band analogy. I could indeed say RIP, TEAR, EXPAND, STRETCH and in the context of the whole statement they all mean the exact same thing!
Again, it's the same concept in both statements and you've argued a paragraph on the issue
So by saying "Man, it looks like you really don't know what you're talking about.", seeing as our concepts are exactly the same(and right for that matter), if I dont know what I'm on about, then neither do you! |
First of all "my friend", you shouldn't bother yourself with my unadequate graps of the english language. I consider my terminology to be suffecient for my purposes. Though I agree about the first point you make - I skimmed through that part of your post, and didn't pay much attention to detail . But, the second point, "my friend", is very much agruable. I don't know what others think, but I don't consider STRETCH and RIP synonyms. The fact is that muscle GROW when they recover after strenuous activity which RIPS the muscle cells, but not after they are "STRETCHED". If you consider this to be the same than I think you're the one whose grasp of the English language isn't adequate enough.
