The word is, "Entitled".
They (I'm going to say North American here to include Canada) graduate and with their little piece of paper, believe they can demand whatever job they want.
I know the babyboomers aren't quite out the door yet and soon there will be no choice - I weep for the future...
That's not to say that there aren't some rays of hope since there tends to be a higher tendency towards entreprenuership. And why not? Working for, "The Man" doesn't translate and jobs-for-life aren't even on the radar anymore...
