"Julio" is a term most of the TAs that started posting around 04 to 07 are familiar with. There are several interpretations on what one actually is, based on the point of view. But basically it comes down to a male whose primary purpose of going to a club or event, is to get all dressed up (and I mean tacky, not classy) and strut around the place like he (and his Julio friends) are hot shit.
Julios can be seen with, and not limited to, greasy-hair, sometimes with glitter, dark sunglasses, loud clothing, rhinestones on chest, excessive jewerly.
Julios are not to be confused with cholos, latin kings, MS-13 or otherwise gangsters of the hispanic persuasion

Yep, sunglasses in a darkened venue constitutes being a Julio.

My membership here has been off-again, on-again since signing up. This fellow wasn't wearing sunglasses, however...regular glasses, really making the guy (who was casually dressed) look out of place due to the geek factor.
..thought I'd ask. If not, its all good.
