I've always found you still get a low frequency resonance spike with it 12 o'clock, while turning the filter on/off with it at min didn't change the sound (or did a minimal amount)
Although I must admit my experience with A&H filters is probably based more on the 62 than the 92 (or 42) - I know the frequency curves are a bit different so it's possible the resonance is as well.
I take it on your 42 it's as flat as can be at 12 o'clock and rolls off some of the bass when it's set to minimum then? Really changing the 'resonance' should only amplify around the cutoff frequency, not attenuate.
