The new Ostgut Murat Tapelli release cant hold up your statement. Since you made a rather bold claim, if you want to, name 5-6 releases on Ostgut Ton and i'll name 5-6 releases on Rebirth, and we'll build some context for value after that.
Its not even close, find a better label to compare with Rebirth's 09. Just because they dont have a flashy myspace and some bs imagery attached to them, pretentious people dont jump on the bandwagon, but they're quietly building a very solid label worth jumping onto. But i'm guessing they'll have to work on their myspace a bit and comb their hair a certain way to attract the pretentious.

Why you are even comparing Rebirth to Ostgut Ton is completely beyond me. The latter is mostly straight-up techno
with the occasional splashes of house. Rebirth doesn't do techno at all. You shouldn't make this thread about the
label just because you had a release on it. Get over yourself dude.

Was there a bulletpoint "must suck terribly at reading comprehension." when you signed up for duty? Seems to be universal theme, they need to find some English majors from here on out, this is ridiculous.
I did'nt mention the label, your boyfriends did. Why would I mention Rebirth premptively in a thread about an artist who has nothing to do with Rebirth? O yah thas right, I didnt bring it up, but that kinda got lost in the poor comprehension skills shuffle.
And your right Rebirth dont release much techno, and i'd imagine if they did it would not be boring souless techno.

Fair enough. It is a little difficult to keep track, especially when youre at work and can't do much more than peep. Still though,
I don't think the two should be compared in any way.

Rebirth Digital. And I think that's pretty impressive, considering it's his first EP.

Yah, i'm guessing because of the Temptations sample I used in 'Downtown Hustle'...and i'm guessing because I was an unknown at the time, not the best person to invest in Vinyl off the bat. Maybe if I had given it to a few DJs and they had run it up and down the floors for a while, a Vinyl release would have been in order and would have sold well. I'll be a better investment very soon
But actually the Deeply Rooted (self remix) might get a Vinyl release through their Unreleased Vinyl thing, we'll see. Either way, there is plenty of time and music to get stuff out on Vinyl releases

From 09:
Ben Klock - One
Planetary Assault Systems - Temporary Suspension
Berghain 03
Marcel Fengler - Twisted Bleach EP
Nick Hoppner - Foundling
Not really comparable to the stuff Rebirth puts out (which releases Kismet tracks), but hardly a weak lineup.
