How do you feel about that?

Do they have to have reasonable cause to do this? Or can they just do this to anyone?

Its one thing for the police to have cause to administer a test. Its another to just do it randomly to anyone. Random tests without cause is what happens in dictatorships. It reminds me of how earlier this year driving from Havanna to Camaguey we got stopped about a dozen times by police for questioning without having done anything wrong. Is this what we want for our future??

As far as I'm aware, it's completely random and can be done to anyone, just like our RBTs are.

not legally, but i do it often when i want to hang out late with a certain friend and his kid is sleeping. The cops see 2 30 year olds relaxing and just tell us to keep quiet.

I miss the convenience of getting a can of beer at the dépanneur whenever I felt like it. They always place it in a brown paper bag so you can drink out of it in public. It's not totally legal, but it's tollerated by the cops. I drank in front of them all the time and never got any bs.

I love how they say this has improved drink driving levels in Australia yet every person I know here has had their license taken away for drink driving.

After playing baseball, drinking in the parking lot (Richmond Hill), so long we drank from cups, cops were ok. Once a cruiser came by, some of us were seen drinking out of bottles, and he just rolled up the window and just asked us to drink out of cups or next time he'll hand out tickets.

Honestly Toronto is retarded sometimes. Instead of giving cops more money to hassle us for drinking and driving, take that cash and leave the fucking subway open 24/7 on weekends, and maybe some bus's for the people who have to go further then our pathetic subway system takes us(another issue). Like WTF how do they bitch about drinking and driving but give people no option other then one of you needs to have a bunk(shitty) night staying sober and watching your friends get wasted and mac broads(respectfully talk to women) while you dangle the keys sayin "lets go guys". That or get wasted with them and take your chances of getting caught, killing someone, including yourself. F U T.O.

Someone needs to rip the mayor a new ass hole. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
