yea I get them. I can see one now actually. The same one has been bothering me for 3 days. I kinda looks like an eyelash but when I look in the mirror I dont see anything. Also I can only see it when I am looking at a computer screen or intentionally de-focusing my eyes.
On an unrelated note I recently went to the doctor and asked him why my pupils glow in the black light and he told me that black lights cause cataracs and something about the negative light has been somehow absorbed into my eyeball and now reacts to it whenever I am in that light again. He said long term it may cause blindness so I should stay away from them. I am also not the only person who has this I mentioned it to a few friends and the ones that were also over exposed have it too.
