I think this is one of two things.
It's either A) kids having had and joking around on a survey. I know in my school we often had these stupid surveys we had to take and we would just spell words with the bubbles or go for the worst answers ever. This could be that.
Or B) these are the children of immigrants and they have no idea what the answers are. Since most of the bad answers came from London, this also could make sense.
I, personally, wouldn't take these results too seriously, though.
