but as you may or may not know; in the streets of Buenos Aires they don't pronounce it 'ya' but 'lla'.

valla.

just as my editor will write 'sho' instead of 'yo' in random e-mails because that is the way they pronounce it in Cartagena and it is understood that he is using deliberately.

i was trying to capture the argentine accent. it was done deliberately. thanks anyway.

y

has errado en tu primera oración, pero entiendo lo que quieres decir. bueno, es la red, la gramática no importa. Mas estos anglosajones con el 'per se' a todo momento sin saberlo usar, BOLUDOS.

chau

You are so full of shit, it's unbelievable.

It's kind of disturbing how you seem to think you're Argentinian. And if you wanted to "capture the Argentinian accent" you would have written it "vasha" which is how they really say it.

it's not persay, per say or perse

per se: by, of, or in itself

that's what it means. it's an adverb. get it right.

it's in every freaking thread, and it's always wrong.

you probably speak one language (English) for crying out loud, at least learn to how to express yourself adequately in it.

I had a rant about this the other day in another thread. Respect to you for being in the 1% of people on here who's educated, in a literary sense of course.
