It's pitched down so far, it actually took that long to mix it.

Everything after the police is superb. The track 7a/7b mash especially. The last track is some good ol late twenties/early thirties white bald man indie disco shit and I love it (even though I am not bald). For more: Cut Copy, The Presets

Super chill set man, that worked really well There's some quirky shit in there, which I always like in a mix.

I really like the way you set up the tracklist too, ie. having 4a and 4b etc.

Nice one Nate.

it's funny. i've not stuck a set up in ages either, must have been two years since i posted one here and it had one of your tracks on it.

i've just put a mix up today.

I've busted my foot and will be off work the next few days so your set will go down a treat. check out my mix if you get a chance, it's only half an hour and nothing too heavy.

thanks for the kind words, everyone. i appreciate that you all took the time to listen- with everyone getting spammed constantly with a ton of mixes from everyone and their mother, it's brilliant to know that you chose my mix from all the rest.

it didn't, i just hadn't made one in two years (since december 07) which is here: http://www.tranceaddict.com/forums/...threadid=451780

thanks man- i'm glad you liked it. i was a bit hesitant when i first devised that mix because i felt that there may be too much going on in it, but i just love the energy that the atmosfear track gives the yoruba soul mix. and i will definitely check out those suggestions.

much appreciated- i set up the tracklist like that just in case people couldn't tell what i was doing. i did that with my last mix as well. and thanks a ton for the hosting stu, you've been an invaluable help for pretty much all of my work. we should start a donation thread for you (i was just thinking about this the other day). i'm serious.

i forgot to leave a few words.

i love the first time you used the police accapella...i am an avid fan and it went off well...i did not appreciate it as much the second time though. The highlight for me was dub praise, there are a few JC Freaks tracks i have that i never really got around to using (i really like Geisha), and you made it work quite well. I was pleasantly surprised at the use of the oxia track, as i really never liked it too much. It goes to show you how contextual electronic music can be sometimes.

Well done, to me this set is more of a background music type of thing than dance floor material, but that is not a bad thing at all, as it is quite enjoyable in the background as a sort of soundtrack to do stuff to.

See you in 2 years
