mine is also at mom's place up north in chicago. haven't played much as of lately; but used to a lot while i was still up north.

funny, Tubular Bells was the first real big piece of music i learned how to play that i rreally liked (i picked it out, not my nazi of a music teacher)

btw, why do music teachers always seem so mean ?

The guy said pianos or other instruments. Last time I checked, a synthesizer is an instrument.

We've got a piano that sort of looks like the OP's and also a grand piano in the foyer.

To make something out of nothing, or to combine multiple things into a new thing. But that is the general definition, not the one specific to music.

I moved recently and the room where I'm putting mine doesn't have flooring in yet, so it's still hanging out at the old place.

I don't play as much as I used to, but I'd kill for a baby grand.

Yeah, I think it's fantastic. I use it live and in the studio, it's a really versatile controller.
