Damn, caught on a bit late. I need a few tickets, but I'm guessing my best bet is to get to the door early.

sick party, great vibe, great locals!

although what was up with the 10 minute 808-kick tish tish bongo tom tom solo loop when bender and creator were swapping???

and, line up was just ridiculous thanks to the bottle neck at coatcheck

Hey Bobby,

it was kind of complicated to change the setup and it was really hard to change the wires... so Bender looped the last track while we we trying to figure it out.

Then, I had an issue with one bad RCA that was playing mono, so you probably felt the system going mono-stereo the first few tracks while again, was trying to figure out the prolem.

So it took a few tracks of messing around, fixing, and getting my groove on.

That being said, Moh helped out and after that it was fine.

So really sorry aout that.

Hope you all had a great night, much thanks to Nu Love for inviting me and congrats on te huge success.

Thanks to everyone who came....great vibe! Unfortunatly, the lightning board broke in the first hour of the night, so we couldn't manage the lightning system very much, but these things are not under our control. The venue has a very good ventilation system, but when it's full like this, it will be hot for sure. I really enjoyed playin at this party....amazing crowd!! So overall, we had a great night and we will work hard to make next year party better!!

Some aspect of the party were good, others not.

We now know that it is not a good idea to have a party that big in Entrepot Dominion during winter. The entrance is small, the coatcheck is small so it was a nightmare going in. I arrived at 1am and was inside at 3:15am. Some were trying to skip the line, some were pushing, some offered money to the doorman, it was ridiculous.

The sound system had some problems in the main room, the lights even worse ! It was so hot the it was dripping from the ceiling especially in the small room and the fire alarm took off in the main room during Creator set, that's hot ! lol

The music was ok to me but nothing spectacular until Creator came on, destroyed the place and easily stole the show... loved every minute of it

The crowd was really nice, the vibe was great and it was overall a good party minus the line-up/coatcheck issue

A girl came to me after a few minutes and asked me 'hey, can you please stop playing that track, it's really annoying..'...

I was like 'euh... well that's not actually in the music, that's the fire alarm. Can't really do nothing about that'

ha ha good times.

----

Having organized several events, I can tell you how difficult, stressful, and physically painful it is to set up such an event.

I really think Pascal, Michelle, Benoit, Robin (and sorry if I forget someone), did an outstanding job. Technical difficulties in a non-permanent club with non-permenent setup are very hard to manage.

The heart was there, they worked very hard.

Next time just mix in a car alarm over it.

Always a dancefloor bomb.
