Im gonna play devil's advocate and say tech trance doesnt exist. it's all fucking trance and neither does progressive trance exist.

^my bad I'll take it back and say tech trance exists because ron van den beuken had a distinct style that had techno and trance together.

prog trance doesnt exist though and is nothing more than trance without an anthemic breakdown and lead synth.

rvdb was most definitely not techtrance and definitely more trance/hardtrance at a push. Are you really that deluded that you cannot differentiate things? Check out the marco v sets and you'll hear sounds that not many others played and realise what techtrance is.
