so i tried Peruvian ceviche for the first time over the holidays at this place in California called "Mamita". Very good. I got the Ceviche de Pescado with some Sopa Criolla and Tallarin de Camaron Y Carne. Got some other foods, but forgot what we got. After that experience, I would love to have some Peruvian good whenever I get the chance.
