Edit: Don't buy the tea from them. They are expensive. I use it to find the flavors that sound interesting and buy it ease where. Direct from China is usually the cheapest.

I'm sure their employees' pay is commission based. The other things that irritates me is how much they push their flavored teas. I understand its because the general public doesn't appreciate the taste of tea so they've come up with every way imaginable to mask its taste which is revolting to any genuine tea lover.

I've been saying this for years, but I really keep meaning to buy a loose leaf steeper. That's it. Next time I go to the mall I'm going to Teaopia and getting one.
