t- if that doesn't work here is what i reckon you should do..

email her if you prefer (or call) and say you were chatting up a sales lady in a store about buying houses and she mentioned the agents name saying she was really good, then tell agent that you and your partner are interested in buying a house but want to sit down and go over what kind of criteria you are looking for in a property, and based on that she can pull up houses to show you in your "price range". then arrange a meeting with her to do all this.. if that doesn't work i suggest stalking her and breaking her kneecaps.

I just had the mental image of an angry, pregnant Weinerschnitzel pulverising some bitches kneecaps with a baseball bat.

That's a really awesome plan Especially the kneecaps part... seriously though, saying that the person who referred her was a stranger is brilliant. At least that way I don't have to come up with some elaborate lie.

I can't wait until all of this is over... suing someone is sooooo much work (getting all the legal documents together and the evidence/supporting documents etc.) It doesn't help that I am also in school, so I am a little overwhelmed and it's frustrating that this bitch is just making life a little more difficult by trying to dodge us at every corner. She knows she's in the wrong so she is doing everything possible to avoid being served.

Once it's all over, I might give the c0r some interesting stuff to be entertained by (like the answering machine message where she loses her shit and freaks out). Haha!
