Hi just confused about the fact that i was able to record over 2 and a half hr in traktor before but now i have the latest traktor pro i cant seem to record more then an hr , does anyone know why this is?

At a guess I'd say your sampling rate is up at 96000 so you're hitting the 2gb file limit a lot sooner than you would if you were down at 44.1k or 48k.
Check in your settings on the first tab what your sampling rate is set as.

Audacity won't export mp3's straight out of the box either. You'll need to download something so you can export them. But it's all documented on the audacity site. Just letting you know in case you get some hassle.

Check your settings in traktor. Click settings and in the top menu 'audio setup' the second parameter is the sample rate you have selected.
'192000hz' sounds like the bit rate of the file you've checked hz being incorrect. Sample rate and bit rate are two different things.
You want to change the sampling rate in traktor. Have a look again and see what it says and then maybe try recording something to see if you can record the full 2 hours again
