loved this man, thank you for using my track, always get excited to see how someone uses it. although it was one of those more generic things to come from me you really made it work with the track before and after. the tracklist was superb, the flow was fantastic, everything was great dude |
I'd hardly call it generic - simple, maybe, but effective beyond belief. I'm glad you liked it bro, because I've been playing it out a great deal since you sent it to me, and it's gotten some of the most interesting responses I've ever seen: people who have never heard it before instantly recognize fever and start singing along almost reflexively. It's unreal - I've rarely had folks "sing along", and to have it come with a tune like that was really something special, so thank you.

Listened today Rob, really good stuff as usual. As I always say when I comment on one of your sets, it's different from what you have done, specially the more recent ones, and yet it is very familiar to that Chicago sound you've been getting pretty good at.

I love how you just waltz in here after a couple of months, and drop a bomb like this.
Fucking great mix, Rob.
You really know how to boil my potatoes. |

Amazing mix man, enjoyed it immensely. Will definitely be recommending it to others! |
You friggin' guys - far too generous. I'm to this day just exceedingly grateful some other people enjoy something I enjoy doing so much. Which leads me to addressing the following...

Rob!!! You’ve been missed! |
...so have you guys. You have no idea. It's been an interesting year or so, and while I've been fortunate enough to have earned some bookings for clubs and parties in Wisco, I have really, really missed being a part of a community like TA, and in general, a community where for better or worse, people still liked to talk very seriously about the music I love. I don't get that here, and I really, really miss it.
Even (or, errr, especially?) when that degenerated into c0r shenanigans, I got to know a lot of folks here whose friendships and influence effect me to this day, so for that I say god bless you Trance Addicts, you c0r whores, you princes of England.
Rave on my friends, rave on. I treasure your friendship.
