Some of you are delusional. How can anyone not understand/be upset at them expanding their dj line to different price brackets?

I am in between on this. I am personally trying to get into cd players and have been using torq for a while. I think that this system is a good idea but if it is priced like the news release says, it is fucking stupid. IMO the whole setup looks like it should cost $1000. I know it doesn't come out until June but why the hell would i spend $850 on a cdj-350 when i could get a cdj-800 for less than $950... Also, pioneer had a deal on now that has :

* Pair of Limited CDJ-400
* Limited DJM-400
* Exclusive Pioneer Case
* HDJ-1000 headphones
* $100 free music credit to beatport
* Free Shipping

cost : $2399

The cost of just 2 cdj-350s and the new mixer : $2450.

Retarded.

has this been mentioned?

Highlights of the DJM-350 include:

# Directly Record to USB Devices - Users can conveniently record their DJ mixes directly to a USB storage device via a USB port (Type A) located on the face of the mixer without having to use a computer or recording device. Recorded DJ mixes are saved as WAV files, allowing them to be imported for playback on a PC or other portable audio players.

Amazing.

Regardless of everything else, you're right that is a pretty awesome feature.

Makes those portable recorders irrelevant.

I like the DJM350 mostly for the CRUSH effect. I'm in the market now to get away from virtual djing, so I think I might get the DJM350, but I don't think I'll be getting the CDJ350. What do you guys think about pairing a DJM350 with two CDJ400s?
