I have major sleeping/waking up problems. If you are trying to stay off the Rx route, try Super Snooze Melatonin by Sundown Naturals. It has a bunch of other ingredients which complement the melatonin and leaves you nice and peaceful during sleep and the next day as well without feeling groggy. It doesn't give you crazy vivid nightmaires like just straight up melatonin. Here is an image with the ingredients
You can find it at cvs/walgreens etc..

No, you cant but it's like the #1 thing the doc prescribes when you tell him you can sleep because it's milder than the stronger ones.
The chamomile is great too, but I don't know about the Taurine. Isn't taurine an energy boosting amino acid?
It is. If you want to go natural, chamomile and Valerian Root are great. Valerian root can put you out in 15 minutes.

I've always used valerian as a muscle relaxer rather than for sleep.
I tried using these recently and loved them...they are more muscle relaxers then anything I think, but gave me great sleep. Plus it's packed with some essential vitamins as well
It's a stress thing. Just find a way to relieve some stress, and you will be able to sleep fine. Don't resort to medicine. That should be a last resort and a temporary thing. You don't want to have to become dependent on drugs.
Just find something that helps you relieve your stress.
