Yes, the whole situation is definitely a threat to world peace, but Israel is responsible for the situation which spawned all those factions in defense. HAMAS and other Palestinian militant groups are resistance to Israeli oppression. Without the "Jewish State" they wouldn't exist. |
And America was built on the confiscated and conquered lands of millions of native American Indians, but that won't change the fact that America is here to stay. You, as well as Hamas, Hezbollah, and everyone, should accept the fact that while Israel may have been founded on the conquered lands of Palestinians, nothing is going to change the fact that the Israeli state is here to stay, and nothing is going to change. No matter how many rockets and suicide bombers are flung their way, no matter if Egypt, Syria, Jordan all invade Israel at the same time. Accept it and move on.

The situation there is absolutely dire and there's no future for most young people, especially with the crippling blockade that's been in force since HAMAS were "elected". |
I agree with you. But nothing is going to be solved by denying the existence of the Israeli state. It very clearly exists, justly or otherwise.
