Mine would be full of booze if I had my way...
The predilection for eating offal is just nasty, I guess it depends where you grow up in England really. Some areas do, some don't, I'm glad I grew up where they where it wasn't exactly common, the odd thing is that quite a lot of them won't touch turnip or pumpkin- which is considered animal fodder in some places. I had to migrate before I could eat it 
Tripe, fry, kidneys, liver, there just isn't a way to cook these damn things without them smelling BAD!
Tonight I made sweet and sour with pork, king prawns, red cabbage, broccoli, snow peas, carrots, capsicum and zucchini. With a bit of extra garlic and chilli for heat.
Its not exactly authentic chinese
