Lmfao, i have to agree with you. Doesn't really matter though, to each their own. I don't really have a lot of money to blow on events, so if I had to choose it would definitely be trance/house events (in that order) If There are other EDM events where there isn't a cover then I'll check them out. I guess I'm a music snob (I'm accepting donations in order to expand my musical tastes ) |
house events are a bunch of old 30+ year old guys buying tables to get random girls outside to come in with them.
& i agree (with whoever said there is a shift in drug use at trance/house events). for example, at above & beyond not a lot of people were rolling and quite a few other acts that i've been to recently where you would see rounded trance fans in attendance (miss nine for example) were just a bunch of cool people having a good time- no drugs. But i went to dirty south at mansion and I felt like i was at fucking ultra with a hundred noob pookie heads that didn't know what song he opened with (it was phazing). Not my style.. although ds ripped it..
they said it themselves. we are more intelligent when it comes to electronic music which is why we're more picky. that's enough for me to call it a win.
nuff said. TA>whatever forum that was
