oh man i'd miss ice cream like no other....but i do enjoy the So Delicious soy and coconut milk alternatives now...and when i make vegetarian cheese steaks i use vegan soy cheese b/c i dont like mixing dairy with my soy-meat...it tastes funny. i'm weird...
and based on the brooklyn pizza i ate yesterday/today i could nevvvver give up that delicious fresh mozz cheese zomg om nom nom nom
oooh and my fav veggie burgers Morningstar Farms Grillers use egg as a binder and I'm convinced its that small ingredient addition that makes them taste much better than other veg. burgers on the market.

Have you had Daiya Vegan Cheese? It's kind of new, but fucking amazingly fantastic.
Morningstar has been switching recipes to put egg as a binder in a lot of them and it makes me sad because when I go vegan I'll have to make my own stuff and not be lazy
Kevin, I'm not missing out on anything at all. Trust me |
they have Grillers Vegan now, they're good, but get a little too dry on the BBQ for my liking compared to the original (guess its the egg!)
and yes, Daiya cheese is FREAKIN AWESOME...it MELTS!!!!! well as much as it can...
When people start hanging with me and going on my foodie excursions they're usually shocked i'm into so much and know about so much great stuff. every city i'd traveled to i have at least 3-4 spots that crank out the deliciousness proper.
and i looove cooking for people! they don't expect to have a steak prepared by a vegetarian taste better than what they could or have had made for themselves.
guess thats just the sign of a true foodie--the passion is always there, no matter what kind of ingredient. I just can and can't eat some of it. But i have no fear (except Bacon but thats a seperate issue lol)

What an incredibly ridiculous thing to say. I ate meat, cheese, and processed bullshit all the time after I was a swimmer and I got fat. For the past 5 weeks I've eaten vegan dishes and exercised. I've lost 21 pounds. I'm not doing it because I feel sorry for animals but it has certainly brought my cholesterol to a very manageable level and my body feels great. Fuck off with your closed minded garbage, people can eat whatever they want. The only idiots are those who judge others based on their eating habits. |
don't fuel the fire...he consumes plenty of meat i'm sure...cock counts.
