holy shit ! MK4 ! that's like totally unknown!

after searching a bit here's what I found in a review

I thought it was worth mentioning the difference between different models - despite what some say, the only difference between the 1200 and the 1210 is the colour.
The mkII is different from the mkI only by fact that it has a variable voltage selector for UK/europe. ( jdat : I don't think that's totally right ... I think canada and usa don't have the switch ... the other countries do )
The mk3D has a quartz lock button (resets pitch to 0 immediately) which appart from limited creative effect is only really useful for radio use. The main difference is that the pitch slider has no 'click' at zero, so is perfect for beatmatching. Whether any other parts have been improved is still up for debate, but at the time of writing this some of the top dj's that play at Cream (where they have three mk3d's in each room) have complained of a slight 'wavering' in pitch during play. A slight teething problem perhaps?
The mk4 has no quartz lock button but does have a 78rpm option, and has all the hardware plated with platinum.

WOW PLATINUM ! you gonna big blinging it wit dat deck yo

and the 78 Rpm ... goodness... who needs that ? unless your spinning recs from the 50s and before you don't need that ... 78 has been obsolete forever ( yeah why they even putting that on the new decks like numark and such )

My location ... good question ! first time ever asked!

I used to live in la rochelle France

I moved to akron ohio in august

actually I may be going to Chicago a couple months

and my next location will be lausanne switzerland and once I get there I will only have : lausanne switzerland marked... That's really were I feel at home

I'm completely lost right now , my life is so confusing .... gotta get back to europe

were you at in greece? I went there a couple times. ... love the country ... but Athens ... TO MUCH POLLUTION!

hey, don't remember mentioning being THAT dumb! i only asked whether parametric=pan. i also happen to know what a quadraphonic
mixer is supposed to do!

well, if you ask me, greece SUCKS (at least as far as athens is concerned). the worst thing is that with the "olympic games" matter, there is a fuckin panic & chaos everywhere...

you 're really the first person to say that loves greece...

teatea, know where i can find specifications of mk4 ?
i'd like to know the deck's torque. still don't think they're ever going to beat the numarks 3.7kg (that's a HELL of torque!)
