^ what he said! you can achieve the same thing by removing the snap from the grid and moving it as less as possible. and though it's not milliseconds, if you would move any less you couldn't hear the difference.

I would have done exactly what Ry Thomas said if you need a specific number of ms.
Or I would have routed everything else to one channel and just delayed that 1 channel 21ms. Its really not difficult I don't understand what all the fuss is about with a thousand different techniques that don't even address ms.

why dont u just slice up the beat, and move the clap sample back a bit (or forward or however you wanna do it), with the note property. You can minus the 21 ms in the start time

So it's the snare or clap landing before the bassdrum and with a reverse of it self creating a build-up? How does a sample play before it is triggered? Do you place it one step before you want it to land and it is delayed by nearly a full step?
