He's diversifying. He isn't the first club guy to do this, Michael Capponi in Miami is a big promoter there and has used his income from nightlife to get into real estate and condo development.


He has the demographic that is buying condos, why not cater to them with your own condo?

God know you can shut down clubs for any reason, but not condos!

If you can beat them, join them! Hell, people will flock to toronto for weekends just to stay in the condo district.
