Ultra is not moving to another city. However it may need to move its venue. I for one could see Ultra being moved to Sunlife Stadium. It's large enough and not too far away. Tents in the parking lot, maybe 1 or 2 open air stages, and a main stage in the stadium.

I hope everything stays the way it was at least for this upcoming one.
It was really easy to get everywhere I needed to go by bus and it did not take really long.

Really defeats the purpose of it being way out there during Conference. Let's not forget how great EDC Festival turned out being in a stadium. EPIC FAIL but good showing

Might as well not even talk about it because there is nooooo way that would happen. Not unless ultra started a damn construction project so that bay front would hold another 100k heads.
The sole purpose of them extending the festival to include sunday is to make more money. My guess is they will only sell 3 day passes this year until about a month toward the festival. They will probably start at like $150+30 rape fee, and progressively go up. Single day tickets will not be less than $100.
I'm taking out a damn mortgage on my house this year and buying as many first round tickets as I can and flipping them all. Last year people were paying up to $300 a day on saturday. yeesh.

Trust me Ultra is not happening in Bicentennial this year. Not bay front either. I would love for it to happen there but its over. Where ever they have it people will come. I would say a good % of the Ultra attendees come only for Ultra and not the rest of the conference. It did not used to be that way but it is now. I think Sunlife is a good choice. It's not too far and the venue will work. There is no closer area to have it imo and get the attendance they had last year and more. You can bus in the kids that need to come from the beach but most of them will stay near the venue anyway. I for one would not be caught dead on a bus on the way back from Ultra.
