Hahah I actually like those sorta sounds.... I dont like higher pitched ones though. But a nice bass tone from a generator

Also I like the sound of distant construction, especially pile drivers.

I think I have odd aural fetishes.

Take a recording of the sound. Play it for management, ask if something can be done about it. Is there any way you can relocate where you sleep to another room if they were to reduce the rent for the inconvenience?

If they give you a hard time take them to court, it should at least help you get out of your lease if you signed one. Be sure to bring the recording with you as evidence.
