I really don't understand why there is so much confusion or speculation surrounding this announcement. I mean just from a business standpoint Armin is exclusive to Ultra apparently from last years show. So he said well if I can only play Ultra and ASOT 500 is around this time I'll just get a tent invite all my buddies and play for 12 hours. More than likely it will get broadcasted so if you don't like Ultra u can hear it on the computer or the recordings later. Hell if instead of Miami he chose San Francisco then what? Geez be glad its here. Like I said earlier he said "a tent in Ultra" so its not at a club. And obviously their not gonna sell tickets to ASOT, its already included. My suggestion is get your tickets in December when they come out at $100 cause this will likely raise the prices very quickly and I believe sellout this event aside from the other major artists playing.

Ultra is 3 days this year? and with this announcement, early bird tickets wont be 100, of that im sure

I am going to guess $140 plus all their fees and shipping for early bird tickets this year.

ugh this sucks. I never do Ultra and don't feel like shelling out $150 when I'd only do asot 500. Oh well, def won't top asot 450 nyc

I agree it won't be as good as 450 but who would give up a chance to see armin and others from armada

where does it say ultra will be 3 days this year? I wonder if they will stick with all ages or change it up. If they go 18+ i doubt it will be as packed and will not sell out. That also means production will not be as great - which i think is something ultra lacks heavily in already.

ASOT 500 will take place at a Club Venue…Artist are based on voting.
For WMC it will be a selected artist and the artist that are in town to play.
