Slighty away from the trance/house theme, I have a copy of The Stranglers - Peaches that's worth about £300. It's the original release.

Sasha and Digweed - Northern Exposure 1 (4x12"): you can sell this for $300

Rabbit in the moon - phases of an out of body experience $60+

OMG Pulsar - Cloudwalking, didn't even think this was that great, i've probably played it twice in the time I've had it. Another one of those I cast aside thinking why the hell did I buy that.
Ayu - M EP was a nightmare to get hold of but tracked down a copy for just £7 sitting in the basement of a record shop up North, well worth the wait and I frequently play any number of the tracks on it when out and about.
