I don't hear *that* much difference in his latest club life shows compared to his trance only sets from years ago. The tempo has slowed down, theres more pop style vocals, and the electro house element has been added, but the supersaws are still there, and it still has that tiesto feel to it.

He had amassed a large worshipful following that follows him everywhere, almost worshipfully.
I personally lost interest upon reading this line. I definitely agree that changing his sound for himself, not for the scene, is a very respectable thing to do

Check this, again the track title fails to express that he has forgotten trance, this is not electro house, that's for sure.
Say whatever you want but i love this track, it's like his old Allure stuff, i am really into tiesto surprisingly, listening to his old sets, old albums and not so old (excluding Kaleidoscope which you can't pick a decent track) he is part of the history of EDM and besides all the flaming he receives i've to recognize that had, has and will have a place in my hearth.

The thing is, that imho, when I hear "Tiesto", I belive it would be something like Tiesto some years ago. That isn't the case, unfortunately. Same for AvB and PvD, but not that bad.
Look, Tiesto hast been at the LoveParade 2006 and than he hasn't been invited anymore, after McFit bought it. Now, after his style change, he was good enough for it in 2010. I didn't see his gig, as I knew that his new style sucks. But I've been to that LoveParade: Which sucked too.
But seriously, if he wants to change the style, he should change his name, too, as he did it for tracks with other producers (Gouryella, Alibi)
Tiesto stands for trance. It breaks my heart, when I see what is happening with this name now.
Yes, because you're a fucking fag.

tiesto always had this love for techno that he kept hidden by placing it next to uplifting trance in his sets. he needs to get on that again.
i only found out about this track cuz of him:
but flaming he deserves still.

i've seen him playing
i think he remixed this also. Well his late 90's and early 2000's sets have some underground feeling on them, as a producer he has been very overrated but as a dj made people dance to his vibe.

If you say that Tiësto is still Trance (after listening his tracks, remixes, and club life) maybe you didn't see him yet at a recent party

Is that the way you are talking in this forum? In that case, I'll go away...
Sorry for Off-Topic...
For me, Tiesto is dead, I won't listen to clublife anymore... If it was tech house, that would be great... But it isn't. It's some kind of music that betrays the electronic music scene.

Half of the music sucks half of the music is good mainstream. I am afraid i follow him a lot because there is some good commercial music in his sets and i'm forced to play a lot of commercial stuff at least at the beginning.
There is some tech sometimes in his sets, i discovered Dean Newton thanks to him and imo his tracks are brilliant:

Sorry, can't watch videos because my internet is limited... OZ outback Perhaps I'll do it when I'm back in a big city.
Tiesto was a very big artist, but such a style change isn't very nice in my opinion... He has certain duties imo... Of course he hasn't, but we also want our presidents to rule our countries if we elected them... So we want Tiesto to play and make trance music, as we chose that he's the trance god... See what I mean?
