I tried both CDRWIN and CD Mate. Both actually burned it, but all that came out was hiss when I tried to play the cd in my cd player. Nero doesn't like to load the CUE files I guess and stops responding after a while.

hm I downloaded and tried EAC - Exact Audio Copy and it worked fine. It burned the mp3 file with cue file just fine with no error at all. HOpe this helps with people that have trouble using other software.
