They saw a video online of some kid freaking out about a video game and decided to spoof it (which brought the video where he has a tantrum and tries to shove a clicker up his ass). They got millions of views so decided to do another one. They got Youtube partnership (AKA they were making money on their vids), so they kept making more. They even have their own website.
