if you read the bill the woody posted on the 2nd page of this thread, you will find that congresswoman ma's re-election event falls squarely within the rules. this is a private event held at a private venue. sorry all, but this will not be sufficient ammo against the proposed bill.

this bill really only affects the major festivals that are held on public property, ie the sports arena. undergrounds and clubs will not be affected.
