I used to play highschool ball, as well as go to the gym. However that was 2 years ago, I'm just starting up again after my recent string of injurys(partially broken acl playing basketball, broken wrist biking, almost torn hamstring from messing up while working out) But finally im better, so Ill see what I can do, and take it one step at a time.

well, u know, my mom wanted me to be a professional ballet dancer, my dad is a professional boxer, so first i followed my moms wish, but then ive started to be interested in what my dads doin, i find it very interesting, so i left my dancing courses and started to work out with my dad in his fitness club... its not wierd at all... except that, u need to try everythin in ur life to find what r u good at...

workout? sports? i'm in dire need of those...i used to be a 3-letter varsity high school athlete (vball, bball, and track&field) but that all stopped when i got to college and freezing NY. I used to have a 33 in. vert (hey, that's amazing for an asian kid), and speed like none other....but now, i have the lung capacity of a nerd and can barely touch the backboard (i'm 6'1", also amazing for an asian kid ) 10 minutes on the treadmill and i'm weezing. i lift about 2/3 the weight i used to...*sigh. if only spinning could burn calories and build muscle... hehe..that'd be cool.

Heh.. I sit around on my computer all day.. Im lazy.. I do like to go golfing.. Which is a work out + its very relaxing.. At night I do pushups and crunches .. and.. uhh.. Thats it.. Thank god for good metabolism (sp?)

Right now I'm working with weights 4 times/week. 1 day:Chest, shoulder, traps. 2nd: Quads, Calves, Biceps (9 sets). 3rd: Back, Hamstrings. 4th: Biceps, Triceps, Calves. I do abs as often as I feel I need to.
I do cardio at least 4 times a week (but never more) now and I hope that doesn't chang when I go back to school
