just placed my first order on the new site. the grey font on grey input box is RETARDED could barely even see what i was typing in. whoever thought of that color scheme is a moron.
its retarded that it asks you for your billing zip when your full address (with billing zip) is listed exactly to the right.
i do like the review order page. its nice in case you fuck something up.
and finally i think the willcall printouts look DISGUSTING now.

I couldnt agree more, I thought I was taking an eye exam while buying my Bedrock ticket
And the email they send you is so plain looking it barely looks official. O well they need to get the store pickup sorted out quickly! I mean its March almost.

if anyone has a contact for wantickets please let me know..customer service has been ignoring me for 1 week and they blocked 200 usd from my credit card without giving me any tickets.
i am pulling my hair out.

Store pickup was an option on my wed pool party, they might be adding it to each party over the next few hours.
The Wantickets Store will be open from 12pm-8pm Monday, March 21st thru Saturday, March 26th. WE ARE NOT OPEN ON SUNDAY. In order to pick up your tickets you must have your photo id, credit card used, and receipt printout. Not being able to pick up your tickets from the Wantickets Store because you do not have the above items is not grounds for a refund. All tickets for pickup must be picked up at the Wantickets Store. If you do not pick up your tickets at the Wantickets Store your tickets WILL NOT be available for pickup at the show. If you fail to pick up your tickets at the Wantickets Store for any reason you do not qualify for a refund.
This year The Wantickets Lounge will be located in the "Ocean Room", located above the lobby (on the mezzanine). This room is nearly 3 times larger than the ticket pickup location last year, allowing customers to wait in the air conditioned hotel environment with easy access to their front bar while waiting. Wantickets will have ample staff and new technology, allowing customers to print their nightclub ticket orders upon pickup with their credit card and ID from one of the designated computers located in the store. Tickets for WMC nightclub events will also be available for purchase on site, for all events that are not sold out in advance.
