He had a "Carl Cox & Friends" stage at Monster Massive last year (October), and it was awesome! Definitely brought in a huge crowd, too. He just doesn't really lobby for DJMag votes anymore... because he doesn't need to.

Getting into a rave to see him open for the Chemical Brothers is a highlight of my high school career...even got myself a good ol' fake id to get in! I was pretty damn happy to see it work too.

A quick google search & I remember that Christopher Lawrence was there too, although I've never been a big fan (heh, I just like these pics )

Anyhow much respect for the Cox...guy's a literal big black ball of energy behind the decks.
