IMO, no. This is not the only such incident--just the only one in this thread. While those posts were greeted by the people the posters know with repulsion and disgust, this guy was getting dances and chest bumps, in signs of support. If they were insincere, that's even worse, as it shows that such reciprocation is considered the socially accepted and expected norm.

so i watched up until 3 minutes waiting for something other than some douche smiling and shaking hands and following people in a bar. anything else happening i'm missing?

In the end he throws up the ecstasy he is given at the 6 minute mark.

I guess I'm also more disturbed by someone dedicating his entire life (time, money, appearance, speech, body language, friendships, activities, etc.) to something so embarrassing than I am by someone who said something ignorant, even if it's not the first time. The former is an intentional investment of resources.
