Wow. Really? I always thought it was Rollo only. Is O.T. Quartet - Hold That Sucker Down by Rob Dougan then? I always thought it sounded very much like some of the IMO better Faithless tracks.
I know what you're saying, because he seems to have got a string of massive keyboard hooks from a variety of different collaborations. I'm sure he can write, because you don't need to able to play an instrument to performance standards to write, but I know for a fact that Sister Bliss wrote the hooks on tracks like Insomnia. I remember reading an interview with him where he talked through the tracks on their greatest hits.

That's really surprising! Insomnia is melody- and sound-wise probably the best trance tune that I know. I do think that the structure could be better though and I don't care for the vocals. But when that melody hits after the vocal part in the Monster Mix, god damn!
I haven't enjoyed Sister Bliss' solo productions much, so maybe it is some combo on Rollo & Sister Bliss that I'd prefer most.

It's a collaboration between the two just like "our tribe" "Rollo & Rob D" & "Dignity" was.

I hope Rollo would go producing great tracks with great melodies without stupid and unnecessary vocals but I don't that's going to happen judging by the stuff Faithless has released in the past 5+ years.
Each to their own really, but this is his latest project "All Thieves" (new version of Dusted). On his website he goes on to say that the best song he has ever been involved with is under this alias called "Pity the lovers" It can be heard on his myspace account (wow ppl still have these ) http://www.myspace.com/rolloarmstrong/music/songs/pity-the-lovers-47772150
He is also behind the project one eskim0 & then there is co-producing dido's tracks.

I'd say age has to do with it, Maxi is no spring chicken. No doubt rollo and blissy will continue to produce. Maxi is said to become a motivational speaker (apparently).

Sister Bliss wrote the melodies, being the keyboardist. Rollo has admitted in the past he can't even play an instrument, which is why he doesn't perform with them live. Despite that, I do still think Rollo is the key to Faithless and he's one of my favourite producers. He has synaesthesia, which might explain why his music features such distinctive soundscapes. I'll say it again: Rollo's side/solo project Dusted and the album When We Were Young are better than anything he did as part of Faithless.
Give me a break with some of the posts in here...you guys sound like you're ready to start bawling over a band retiring...happens all the time and the next one comes

Anyone seen them live lately? I missed their show in Zagreb, I'm thinking about seeing them at Zræe in summer.. But I don't know if they're worth the money. No disrespect, they are legends, I really don't know.. Halp?
